The property is listed with full protection due to the uniqueness of the construction, from the beginning of the 20th century, which, like most buildings on Avenida de la Palmera, is part of the Special Protection Plan for the Historic Site of Seville due to the mark left in the area by the 1929 Ibero-American Exhibition.
