Valliance, real estate consultancy company specializing in investment, divestment and management of real estate assets, advised a financial institution in connection with the sale to a family office of a 500 sq. m retail premises on San Sebastian’s Getaria street.
Along with Avenida de la Libertad, Getaria street is one of the main shopping streets in San Sebastian. The financial institution has also signed a lease agreement, so it has been a sale & leaseback process.
According to Benito de Miguel, Valliance consultant who led the operation, ”Getaria street is one of the retail streets with the greatest projection in San Sebastian, since in recent years the main fashion retailers in the market have established themselves in the close vicinity”.
