Valliance advised the tourist apartments company Erick Vökel Boutique Apartments on the sale of a building in Barcelona.
The transaction consisted of a long-term sale and leaseback to a Catalan family office. The sale was made in order to boost the future international expansion of the firm. The tourist apartment building of around 1,000 sq. m is located very close to Sagrada Familia. The yield was set at a level below 4%.
