CBRE and VALLIANCE advise Gesvalt on the implementation of its new corporate headquarters in Cuzco IV building
Gesvalt, a leading company providing advisory and valuation services in the real estate, financial and industrial sectors, has become the new tenant of a complete 1,300 sqm office space floor in Cuzco IV building at 141st Paseo de la Castellana. This operation has counted on the advice of CBRE, the first international company in advisory and real estate services, and VALLIANCE Real Estate, a Spanish real estate advisory company, specializing in investment and divestment transactions and value enhancement of real estate assets.
This landmark office building owned by Inpacsa (Inversiones y Patrimonio Castellana S.L.) is located in the main financial and business district of Madrid, Paseo de la Castellana, where a large number of national and international firms and ministerial offices are located.
In this way, the new location of Gesvalt’s headquarters responds to one of the most urgent needs among the current demands; the search for well-located sites, with good communications and a high level of representativeness.
In the opinion of José Miguel Silvestre, director of Advisory & Transaction Services Investor Leasing Offices of CBRE “this operation confirms the commitment of companies for quality spaces within highly representative buildings in the main locations of the city”.
According to Belén Díaz, Managing Director Partner of VALLIANCE, “we are very satisfied with the result of this operation. The property has excellent conditions due to its location, representativeness, services, as well as the innovative multifunctional area called Espacio C4. This property meets the requirements expressed by the client: a functional, bright and versatile work space that facilitates interaction and teamwork “.
