Valliance, real estate services company specializing in investment operations, received an exclusive mandate to coordinate the sale process of a relevant real estate portfolio in a building located on Gran Vía, in the section between Plaza de Callao and Plaza de España.
The portfolio, strategically located in one of Madrid’s most commercial hubs, comprises leased assets of different nature: retail premises and residential units. All of them are located in a representative building on Madrid’s Gran Vía. Built in 1923, the building is listed with full protection.
