Valliance, real estate services company specializing in investment transactions, has been selected exclusively to coordinate the process for the sale of a relevant property portfolio in a building located on Gran Vía on the section between Plaza de Callao and Plaza de España.
The portfolio, strategically located in one of Madrid’s most commercial areas, comprises leased assets of different nature: retail premises and residential units. All of them are located in a representative building on Madrid’s Gran Vía. Built in 1923, the buildings is listed with full protection.
